Visionarium is a platform that creates immersive creativity and leadership experiences for young people, taking learning beyond the classroom and into the real world.

No. Visionarium complements formal education through immersive experiences, mentorship, exposure and real-world learning.

Travel may be part of the experience, but travel is not the purpose. The purpose is what happens once participants enter the environment.

Some experiences travel and some are held in the students' own city. What they share is the environment they put a participant into once they are there.

Visionarium experiences are designed for young people at different stages and with different interests. Eligibility varies by experience, and each experience page says who its editions are open to.

For the signature week: high school and college students between 14 and 20 years old. It runs in English, so English proficiency is required. Visionarium X is for adults.

It depends on the edition, and each one says so on its own page — see the experiences. The shape is the same everywhere: the week moves through company offices, university campuses, a formal training dinner and the city's own landmarks.

The New York editions ran eight days and took in Google, Bloomberg and Spotify, campuses at Columbia, NYU, The New School and Parsons, and a training dinner at the Racquet and Tennis Club on Park Avenue.

Three phases. Awakening — an introduction to the host city's art, culture and business scenery, and training in what makes a leader. Initiation — immersion in real situations: negotiations, decision making, crisis management and team work. Incubation — the space, guidance and facilitation to develop a business, product or program idea of the student's own. The running order is set per edition and confirmed with families before travel.

An edition that is not open yet takes your details instead, and we write the moment it opens.

Register — the form starts the process and we come back to you with dates and travel details. Spots are limited by the size of the rooms the program goes into, and the deposit is what holds one.

Each edition sets its own tuition and publishes it on its page. A deposit holds the student's spot and applies in full to tuition — it is never an extra charge.

Visionarium Miami 2026 is USD $6,000, with a USD $500 deposit. The New York program's tuition was $6,800 USD with the same $500 deposit.

Every activity in the program: transportation, chaperones, meals, snacks, the formal dinners, entry to everything on the itinerary, speakers, materials and the whole academic program. Flights are not included. Each edition lists what it covers and what it does not on its own page.

A valid passport, and a US visa where the student's nationality requires one. We confirm the paperwork with each family before travel.

This applies to the expedition, which travels. A summit held in the student's own city asks for neither.

Yes. Each experience page provides information about programming, logistics, safety and what participants can expect.

October 5–10, 2026. Five nights and six days: the group arrives on Monday the 5th and flies home on Saturday the 10th.

Miami, Florida. The group stays at the Novotel Miami Brickell, in the financial district, and the venues on the agenda are a walk or a short transfer away: Coral Gables, the University of Miami, the Design District, Wynwood and the Kaseya Center.

25 participants. Visionarium staff travel with the group at one adult for every eight students, with guides and translators on top.

The number is set by the size of the rooms the program goes into, not by demand.

Five nights at the Novotel Miami Brickell in shared double rooms with separate beds, airport pickup and every internal transfer, the opening dinner on October 5, breakfast, lunch and dinner from October 6 to 9 and a special breakfast on October 10, access to every venue and working space on the agenda, entrance tickets to the cultural visits, Visionarium staff at one adult for every eight students with guides and translators, the welcome kit and the certificate of participation.

Not included: flight tickets, international medical insurance, US visa and passport processing, and personal expenses.

Tuition is USD $6,000 per participant, and a deposit of USD $500 reserves the spot. The deposit is credited in full against the tuition — it is never an extra charge. The balance is paid later through a link we send you, with any discount code already applied.

It covers five nights at the Novotel Miami Brickell, airport pickup and internal transport, the meals on the agenda and every visit, session and ticket in the program. Flights, international medical insurance, the US visa and personal expenses are not included.
