Marcela Restrepo

Marcela holds a Masters degree in Intercultural and International Communications from American University’s School of International Service. She has more than seven years of experience working in the intersection between business, government and society for academic, multilateral and non governmental organizations in Latin America, the United States and China. Marcela has led communications, advocacy campaigns, events and programs in early childhood development, international education, youth and economic development.

She also serves in the executive board of the United Nations Association of Colombia (Unacolombia) and is the founder and president of the Houston chapter of Young Women Social Entrepreneurs (YWSE).
