From composition major to CEO

Tomas Uribe is a born entrepreneur, his passion for music and technology combined with his great leadership skills have led him to success in the music industry. Graduated of of Musical Composition from the Javeriana University in Colombia, Tomas obtained a degree in Media Studies, Arts, Entertainment and Media Management at The New School in New York City. Currently Tomas is the Co-founder and CEO of Stereoteque a platform that helps new artists to get familiar with the music industry and expand their professional networking.

Throughout his career in the music world, Tomas has been the proud winner of multiple scholarships and awards, including the Outstanding Leadership Award from the Office of Student Development and Activities at The New School, NY; The Research Grant INDIA from the India China Institute; he was also the winner of the National Contest of Digital Strategies for the Promotion of Bands in Bogotá by IDARTES in 2012.

The trajectory and experience of Tomas, in addition to his passion and entrepreneurship make him the perfect example for our participants.
